Alexia Matthews
I'm a Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience in neurological rehabilitation and believe that health and fitness should be accessible to everyone.
I have a special interest in Spinal Cord Injury and 10 years of functional fitness and CrossFit training, holding a Level 1 CrossFit certification.
When I'm not busy with my family, I can be found training at Performance Driven Health. I also love playing netball, skiing and travelling.
